The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any Eszett face-to-face training or e-learning courses (Terms and Conditions). Throughout the Terms and Conditions the Eszett means Eszett (Administration) Limited and The Association of Corporate Treasurers. The Eszett reserves the right to review and update these periodically.
Liability
The Eszett does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses, including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of the Eszett Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
Books and Materials
All the materials will be purchased by the trainer and provided to the student at no cost. Please feel free to inform the trainer about the preferred materials to be used. Please bear in mind that there is a budget for materials, which cannot be exceeded. The materials should be reimbursed to Eszett. We recommend to assign a budget per student that may or may not be used completely. Eszett will provide receipts for any expense.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
If a lesson is cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours notice, the lesson will be considered completed and the corresponding hours will be deducted from the total number of hours allocated. The trainer will ask you to sign the MAR in the next lesson regarding the late cancellation. If for any reason this is not possible, you should send an email to the trainer confirming the late cancelation (please detail the date and duration of the lesson cancelled).
Please note that a lesson will also be considered a late cancellation if the student arrives to the lesson more than 15 minutes late.
Our understanding is that there will be a number of hours allocated to each student and the student will be in touch with the Eszett’s trainer to schedule the trainings. Eszett will only account for the hours that actually take place (please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours will be accounted).
Trainers
The Eszett shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and the Eszett shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in the Eszett’s sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
Behaviour
The Eszett reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the Eszett or its trainers. In these circumstances, the Eszett will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Payment terms
A MAR (Monthly Attendance Report) will be provided to the student each month, showing the number of hours done on the corresponding month. The MAR shall be signed at each lesson and will be used for billing purposes.
Eszett will invoice the customer during the first week of each month, for the lessons done on the previous month. The payment should be performed to Eszett in 15 days after the invoice submit via Bank transfer or Paypal.Prevailing terms and conditions
Please note that this and all other Eszett pre-contractual documentation shall not constitute an offer. All services provided by Eszett are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any Eszett services we shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions. If you offer to engage Eszett on your own terms and conditions then we shall only accept your offer subject to the Terms and Conditions, which shall, if we provide the services you offer to engage, prevail over any other terms and conditions.
