We know that the name of our school is kind of tricky: Eszett, being our commercial name Eszett Business Language Services. Many people spell it wrong. Sometimes they write Eszet, other times Ezsett, Etzett or even Ezzett. The origin of Eszett is the German letter Eszett (ß), which is the equivalent of a double ‘s’. Eszett’s worldwide headquarters are in Germany (Wolfsburg).
Eszett is not as big as Berlitz, Inlingua, Kaplan International, ELS or EF Education First. However, we are big enough to be able to deliver language training in any language to hundreds of corporations, anywhere in the world.
We do not compete with government official language centers such as the Goethe Institute (German Language Training), Instituto Cervantes (Spanish Language Training) or Alliance Française (French Language Training). The objective of those schools is to deliver language training in groups at their physical schools located in many countries as well as to foster cultural exchange between their respective countries of origin and the host countries where they are based.
We are specialized in delivering high quality language training at home, in-company or on-line. We do not have physical schools as Berlitz and others do. Most of our customers are corporations who either come to us directly or are referred to us from Relocation Management Companies or Destination Management Providers which manage mobility questions for expatriates.
Eszett believes in the power of technology and has developed Eszett Manager, the only app used worldwide by a language school to report the lessons done in any country signed by the students. This state-of-the-art tool allows our customers to know in real time the lessons done by each student and generate attendance sheets, reports and gauge student satisfaction.
We are not perfect, but we are sophisticated, effective, professional and we deliver quality training. Our customers stay with us once they start working with us. Our team is based in different time zones around the world, as our customers expect answers and solutions from Eszett both day and night.
