We collect and process the personal data, such as first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, of persons who apply to Eszett as a trainer or consultant, for the purpose of processing the application process. This is especially the case if an applicant submits the relevant application documents to us electronically, for example by e-mail or via a contact form on the website. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 DSGVO (Germany). Our legitimate interest follows from the purpose of preparation, conclusion and settlement of contracts.
Terms of Use Live Chat
In our live chat, you have the opportunity to get in direct contact with Eszett employees and discuss your questions about our services in real-time chat. Live chat will take place during normal opening hours. Outside the virtual world, there is a general code of good conduct which also applies to the exchange in the chat. We look forward to an open, polite and respectful exchange. We reserve the right to terminate chats in which insults are made and to block users in the event of particularly serious violations. In order to use the chat, no personal data is required. Your IP address will be anonymised, and the chat history is saved anonymously and evaluated.
