How can I schedule / hire a class?

After this initial contact, we will send you an email with the prices depending on your request. After your confirmation, we’re going to send you a form. Please fill it out with the info regarding the student's specific schedule, type of service and availability and send it back to us.

How does the registration process work?

Go to our website homepage and click at Student Application. Fill in the form and save. If necessary, we'll call you to discuss the details or solve any questions.

What happens after I submitted the form with the information?

We will evaluate your request and send the confirmation email with the info of the classes or contracted services (this process may take up to 5 working days).

How can I make the payment?

Payment can be made by deposit or bank transfer. You will receive an invoice with the values and bank account details.

How can I reschedule or cancel a class?

To reschedule or cancel classes please inform your teacher within 24 HOURS in advance. Otherwise 100% of this class you be charged.

What is the methodology of the classes?

All classes have their content customized according to the student's level, needs, goals and personality. The teacher is always attentive in order to achieve the student’s goals in the best way.

Can I change my teacher?

Yes, it is possible to change your teacher. If any serious problems occur with your teacher, please contact our support team.

Anyway, we recommend that you try to avoid changing the teacher during the school package as this can cause inconvenience for you. After completing your package, tell us the need of another teacher and we will respond to your request.

Can I cancel my package/course?

Yes. Contact us and our team will guide you throughout the process.

Can I extend my package/classes?
